I’m on a mission to harness the power of real ingredients to make clean eating exciting.

Suchita A Mukerji | Nutritionist, Founder, The Basics

“My journey with PCOS has been an uphill battle. Dermatologists, Gynaecologists, Endocrinologists and many more other “-ists” became my new bffs.

To my dismay, more than 70% of them would always give me the most run of the mill solution: the Pill

I began looking for permanent solutions. On this journey of self-healing, I discovered the many benefits of clean nutrition. Changing my nutrition intake changed my health! This prompted me to start the basics – to help young people, just like me, to prioritise their health.”
